We are making our official call for beta readers.
(a great way to take part in femmefest if you missed the deadline or couldn't sign up)

Beta readers are not people who just yell, demean, or insult the authors. If this is your plan, don't bother. Any complaints made against any beta will be taken seriously. Constructive criticism. Those are your two favourite words. Post using the following template. Be detailed and specific. Also, make sure you can handle the commitment of beta-reading.

Here's a basic template to use (copy including the <b> tags):

We're all signed up and we have an impressive (at least we think so) 44 sign-ups!! For a first round fest, that's pretty great. It shows how much you guys want this, and we want to thank you for volunteering for this exchange. So, now down to business!!

We'll soon be making a general beta-reader call, your commitment would be to read, review, and offer support for authors (and artists if need be!). If you've signed up as an author/artist please make sure you can handle both commitments before volunteering, we don't want to take away from your original assignment. I'll make a post with more info and requirements later this week.

If you have not done so already, sign up to watch the community for important information, reminders, and updates. And of course, fanwork posting!!

Assignments will soon be sent out! So be on the lookout and you better check that all your emails work!! We will make a post to announce when all assignments are sent out to make sure that everyone's gotten their assignments.
